The scope, price and schedule of each project are agreed with you in writing before work begins.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are free. Your price is confirmed before any work begins. Changes to the agreed scope may change the price and schedule, and will be agreed with you first.

3. Access and Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us safe access to the work area at the scheduled times, to tell us about anything we should know about the property, and to keep children and pets clear of the work area.

4. Scheduling

Weather, material availability and site conditions can affect schedules. We will keep you informed of any changes.

5. Concerns

If something is not right with your project, contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

The content of this website is provided for general information. Project photos show past work and are not a quote. We may update this website at any time without notice.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
