4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with third-party service providers who help us operate our business (for example payment processors and form tools), and with legal authorities if required by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on our website. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. SMS / Text Messaging and Your Consent

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Sylvatus Construction LLC when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (276) 966-0445. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How you opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to (276) 966-0445. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact details at the end of this policy. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Mobile Information and Information Sharing

This section applies to the mobile number and text-messaging consent described above.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to (276) 966-0445, and reply HELP for help. Our full text messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

11. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Text messaging consent records are kept for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can show that consent was given and later withdrawn.

12. Your Rights and Choices

You control the information you share with us. At any time you may:

Unsubscribe from text messages — reply STOP to (276) 966-0445 and we will stop texting that number.
Unsubscribe from email — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Update or correct anything that is out of date or wrong.
Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
Object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell personal information.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the time the law allows. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page.
