Turn an empty patch of lawn into the outdoor living space your family will actually use.
A good deck is where morning coffee, weekend cookouts and quiet evenings happen. Sylvatus Construction designs and builds custom decks and patios with durable decking, custom railings and the stairs to match, and Nick will design it with you.
Every deck is built around your home. One recent project turned a bare backyard into an elevated deck and entertainment area, instantly adding usable square footage. Another added a rich wood railing and a hidden access drawer built right into the deck, keeping outdoor essentials tucked away without sacrificing style.

An empty patch of lawn became a warm, inviting outdoor living space. We designed and built a custom elevated deck and entertainment area, instantly expanding the home’s usable square footage.
With durable decking, custom railing and room for seating, it is made for morning coffee, weekend cookouts and evenings outside.
This custom deck has a rich wood railing that adds both beauty and safety, with a natural stain that brings out the grain for a warm, welcoming place to relax or entertain.
What makes it unique is the hidden access drawer: a sleek, built-in storage spot that keeps outdoor essentials tucked away without sacrificing style.
